Orders must be placed with a participating Vauxhall retailer (“Participating Retailer”) between 13th and 28th February 2025 (inclusive) (the “Offer Period”) 2. These terms and conditions, and any instructions from Vauxhall, constitute the entire agreement between the customer, the Participating Retailer and Vauxhall relating to this Offer and supersede any prior agreements between the customer, the Participating Retailer, and Vauxhall relating to this Offer. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect. 14. Vauxhall reserves the right to cancel or amend the Offer and these terms and conditions without notice at any time, but will seek to provide notice where possible. 15. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach by you of these terms, Vauxhall may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Offer. 16. Neither Vauxhall or its affiliates, agents, officers, or employees will be liable (to the extent permitted by law) for any loss or damage arising out of organising or holding this Offer. This paragraph does not seek to exclude the liability of any party listed in this paragraph for (a) death or personal injury caused by their negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and/or (c) any other matter for which it would be unlawful for them to exclude or attempt to exclude their liability. Customers’ statutory rights are not affected. 17. The Offer and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
